iOS Courses

iOS is used on Apple's iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad mobile devices. It's rich set of APIs allow developers to take advantage of many device hardware capabilities including Audio, Image Capture(camera/video), GPS Location Sensing and Gyroscopic movement control.

  • Introduction to iOS

    The Introduction to iOS course includes basics such as familiarization with iOS, X-Code and Objective-C, as well as practical topics like creating and using views, navigation, core-services, events and controllers, etc.

  • Beginning Objective C and iOS Development

    This course spends more time on Objective-C and Cocoa-Touch than the intro course. It gives students more background and additional opportunities to practice language basics. It's a good choice for those  who feel they might take longer to pick up a new programming language.   

     

  • iOS Development : Advanced Topics

    The advanced iOS course differs from the other courses. It includes some of the topics of the intro classes but in greater detail. It also includes additional sections for topics like Views where it covers more advanced components. Other topics are completely new and cover more sophisticated or specialized iOS development techniques. Like the other courses this advanced course can be customized to include modules and topics you need at the appropriate level of detail.
